Pete dated jeanae from AT LEAST December 2004 to 2008, starting when she was 17 and he was 25. She was a fan of FOB and went to shows as early as April 2004, at age 16.

Jeanae was in 8th grade in 1999-2000 (13/14), meaning she likely graduated in 2004, months before she started dating pete.

Jeanae's birthday is listed as 7/30/87 on this arrest record, making her 17 and 5 months in december 2004, when the first photos of them available online are from (see below). Pete was 25 and 6 months at this time. They could have been dating for a while before this but there's no proof.
Here are photos of his hair from 2004 to compare: Before that, she was a fan of FOB and actively went to their shows, at least since age 16, before she was legally of age. It's likely that she also knew Pete personally then as they lived in the same city and had mutual friends.

This proves they were together when she was 17, freshly graduated from high school, while he was 25. He had known her since she was as young as 16 and an avid fan of his band. Legal yes, but morally wrong and opens the door to many kinds of abuse, which pete took advantage of.
